Postage & Packing

All prices are inclusive of packing and VAT.

If you receive a damaged package you must sign for the package as received damaged but unchecked, your account will be charged for the reprint of the images but you must take photos of the damage and send to us, so we can claim. Once the post office refund us then we will credit your account for this amount.

Choosing a postal service where the price is set by weight.

Should your package exceed the weight for your chosen delivery option then we will change to the most economical service for you.

United Kingdom

Royal Mail 1st Class

Price is subject on size and weight of item (eg. letter or package). Is the most cost effective method of delivery but offers no tracking facillity or next day guaranteed delivery.

Please note: We are unable to offer any refunds for missing packages.

Charges are £2.85 for packaging + price of the postage (depends of size and weight).

Courier

Courier offers a faster delivery time after dispatch compared to standard First Class & online tracking of your package is available. Next working day after dispatch: £8.80 (including packaging)

Shipping Direct to Your Client

We can ship your order direct to your client. There will be no mention of Keynsham Photo Centre Ltd on the packaging and no invoice will be sent to your client. Please specifiy your clients delivery address in the note section on our online ordering system.

Combining Orders for Shipment

If there is more than one job ordered / uploaded at around the same time, please make us aware of this in the notes section and we will endeavour to send them together therby saving on the postage cost.
