Our Service Standards

We have found that some of our customers have misunderstood the turn around time in our lab.

We can only guarantee that your prints will leave this lab within 48 hours of our receiving your disc in the post. (please see chart below). We do mostly manage to post your prints to you within 24 hours; however, we would like to reiterate that our GUARANTEED turn around time is 48 hours.

Many of you state when sending in discs that you want them returned as soon as possible. Please note that should you require a quicker turn around time, e.g. Having your prints put in the post to you the same day that we receive the disc, then this service will incur a 25% surcharge.

We trust that these days meet with your approval.

Should you require a same day turn round there will be a 25% surcharge on the order.

We also do not offer a email or FTP printing service, although we our working closely with fuji to come up with a workable system.

If you wish to send the odd image via email there will be a 25% surcharge.
